Teachers as Readers
Meeting
Information
The Teachers as Readers group will not meet during the Leadership Workshop
because there are other activities planned for Friday night. Please join the
group at the September board meeting. We will meet from 8:00-10:00 on Friday
night, but the time is not inclusive. If you arrive late or have to leave early
it is perfectly fine.
The book genre in September will be Graphic Novels. We will share some books,
and Jolene, from Houghton Mifflin/Harcourt, is going to provide some instruction
tips to utilize when using Graphic Novels. Please come with some books if you
can, or come anyway, to learn more about this up and coming genre that motivates
hesitant readers.
We will have refreshments, soda, water, and wine. Notice I saved the good stuff
